Eduardo Nunez whacked a 7th inning three-run pinch hit home run as the Red Sox took game one of the World Series with a 8-4 win over the LA Dodgers.

After Chris Sale pitched the first four innings, six different Sox pitchers - Barnes, Kelly, Brasier, E-Rod, Eovaldi and Kimbrel combined to hold down the Dodgers to just one run.

Both Sale and LA's Clayton Kershaw struggled early in the game.

Andrew Benintendi had a four hit night and drove in a run.

J.D. Martinez had two hits and two RBI.

Rafael Devers and Xander Bogaerts drove in the other Sox runs.

Game two is tonight and live coverage on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket starts at 7pm.
