The final week of the high school football regular season has arrived and many playoff spots are up for grabs including the top three in the class C North division.Teams will start to fall into place tonight as the 7-0 Old Town Coyotes host the 6-1 MDI Trojans at Victory Field. An Old Town win combined with a Winslow win on Saturday would leave both teams undefeated and require a coin flip to determine who gets the the number one seed. The other team would be the second seed.

A win tonight by MDI whose only loss is to Winslow would clinch the number two seed, a loss would lock them into the third spot.

Old Town quarterback Jake Jarvis leads a balanced attack that has seen him throw for over 1,000 yards for the second consecutive year. His top receiver is Andre Miller who has 681 yards and 11 touchdowns. T.J. Crawford has rushed for 862 yards and 15 touchdowns.

MDI will counter with a ground attack that is led by senior running back Taner Bickford who has racked up 894 yards and 13 touchdowns. Sophomore Croix Albee provides the power out of the backfield and leads the team in carries with 104 and resulted in 571 yards. Both players are also a threat to catch passes out of the backfield.
