Orono Girls, Steelman Win State XC

Orono sophomore Hannah Steelman is high school Class C cross country individual champion and her Red Riots are team champs.

Steelman's winning time was 19:16. Teammate Kassidy Dill finished second with a 19:56 time. Orono team runners include Olivia Fandel (7th), Liza Gallandt(10th), Lilly Koffman(11th).

The Red Riots win their second straight state title.

The Orono boys team finished as state runnerup to Merriconeag HS.
