Panama Advances After 12 Innings & 4 Ejections
Kennett Square Little League of Pennsylvania will play Panama for the Senior League World Series. Pennsylvania exploded for 4 runs in the 1st inning and 5 more in the top of the 7th to put the West representatives away, highlighted by Chris Tucker's 3-run triple. Andrew Jones got the win on the mound going 6.2 innings.
Panama beat Georgia 5-4 in 12 innings to advance to the title game in a game in which 2 coaches and 2 players were ejected. Because of the ejections they have to sit out a game which means they will not be able to participate in the championship game. Panama scored 2 runs on a wild pitch to win the game.
