The Boston Red Sox scored two runs in the 7th inning to break a two-all tie with the Baltimore Orioles and get a 4-2 win.Recently recalled recalled Brock Holt's rbi triple broke the tie by driving in Mike Carp. Holt would then score the fourth run when Jonathan Herrera laid down a suicide squeeze.

The game also featured a bench clearing situation after Orioles pitcher Bud Norris delivered a couple pitches near the head of David Ross. The incident did not lead to any ejections.

The two teams will play game three of their 4-game series tonight. Jake Peavy will start for Boston against Ubaldo jiminez for the Orioles.
