Boston Bruins winger David Pastrnak continues to early season hot scoring. A hat trick vs Detroit Saturday afternoon helping the B's to an 8-2 thrashing of the Red Wings.

Pastrnak now has 101 career goals at age 22. He has seven goals in the first five games of this season.

Since getting throttled by Washington on opening night, the Bruins have ripped off four straight wins.

Against the Red Wings, everybody seemed to do something good for the B's. Pastrnak's linemates, Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marachand totaled five assists. Jake DeBrusk scored two goals. Anders Bjork had a goal and an assist.

Tuukka Rask got the win in goal, stopping 32 shots.

The 4-1 Bruins head out on a long west coast roadtrip next.
