Patriots Beat Falcons, Improve To 4-0

The New England Patriots are one of just 3 teams undefeated at 4-0 after beating the Atlanta Falcons 30-23 on Sunday night.Tom Brady threw for 316 yards and two touchdowns, the first was a 1-yard strike to Enfield's Matt Mulligan for his first touchdown as a Patriot. Rookie Kenbrell Thompkins had the other touchdown reception, part of his 6 catch 127 yard night.
The Pats rushed for 132 yards led by LaGarrette Blount's 67 yards that included a 47 yard touchdown run.
It was not all good news for the Patriots as reports indicate that Vince Wilfork suffered a torn achilles tendon which will surely end his season.
New England is on the road again next Sunday to play the Bengals.
