The New England Patriots are headed back to another AFC Championship after scoring late on a Tom Brady touchdown pass to beat Baltimore 35-31.Trailing 31-28 after a Justin Tucker 25 yard field goal, the Patriots drove down the field and took their first lead of the game when Tom Brady threw a 23 yard touchdown pass to Brandon LaFell with 5:21 remaining in the game.

Brady's touchdown pass was the 46th of his postseason career which is a new NFL record. Brady also broke the Patriots postseason record for passing yards in a game with 367, and most completions in a playoff game with 33.

The Ravens still had a chance to win it with four seconds left. Joe Flacco's hail mary pass was batted down by Devin McCourty to end the game.

The game also included the first career touchdown pass by Julien Edelman who on a throwback play hit Danny Amendola for a 51 yard score.

The win over the Ravens is the 20th postseason win for Bill Belichick tying the NFL record for most postseason wins with Tom Landry. Sundays AFC Championship game will the 9th for Belichick which is second most in NFL history behind Landry's 10.

New England will host the AFC Championship game next Sunday at 6:30 against the winner of tomorrows Denver and Indianapolis game.
