The New England Patriots close out the regular season home schedule today when they host the Tennessee Titans in the 41st meeting between the two teams.

The Patriots will go into the game looking for their 12th win of the season and if successful would become just the 2nd team in NFL history to reach that mark in 6 straight seasons.

New England leads the all-time series 23-16-1 and are 11-1 since the Titans moved from Houston where they were the Oilers to Tennessee. This will be the first time the Titans have played at Gillette Stadium since 2009 when the Pats ran away with a 59-0 win in a game that was played in the snow.

Tom Brady is 5-1 all-time against the Titans and has won 5 straight. Brady did not practice on Friday due to illness according to the team. While he is listed on the injury report as probable, the general thought is that he will be ready to play.

New England has already clinched a playoff birth and the AFC East title. A win today along with a loss by Denver would clinch a first round bye. They can also secure a bye with a win and a Bengals loss and Broncos tie.
