It was back to football talk at Gillette Stadium Wednesday as the New England Patriots introduced their first overall pick Malcom Brown. The 6'3" 319 pound defensive lineman was taken by the Pats late in the first round and considered by many as one of the steals of the draft. Owners Robert and Jonathan Kraft escorted Brown onto the field and presented him with his #1 jersey while introducing him to the assembled media.

The former Texas Longhorn is an All-American and first team All-Big 12 selection. He had 165 tackles, 29 for a loss and 8.5 sacks in his three seasons at Texas. Brown and the rest of the Patriots are in town this week for OTA's.
