Pats Suffer Carolina Blues [VIDEO]

It wasn't much of a 'dress rehearsal' for the New England Patriots Friday night in Carolina. The Panthers beat up the Pats 25-14.

Coach Bill Belichick said his team wasn't very competitive in any area of the game.

They've got one more chance to get it together before the regular season begins.

Tom Brady played the first half, throwing 12-for-18 for 102 yards.

Mike Gillislee was the top runner with 35 yards on 10 carries and a TD.

Meanwhile, the Panthers racked up 333 yards of total offense. They did get a scare when QB Cam Newton got upended in the first quarter and got checked out for a concussion. Turned out he was ok and returned to the game.
