Portland Pirates v Bridgeport Sound TigersAfter a long and complicated process, the Portland Pirates and the Cumberland County Civic Center have agreed on a new lease. The teams current lease runs out this spring and the two sides have been negotiating on a new deal which has been finalized. The new agreement is a five year deal which is the longest such arrangement since the team has called the CCCC home.

The team will now pay a fixed rate of $1,000 per game, receive 57.5 percent of concession revenues, and pay the cost of paying some of the game day workers.
