Pollard’s Double-Double Not Enough

Xavier Pollard put up a double-double for the UMaine men but it wasn't enough as the Bears lost to Stony Brook 83-79.Pollard had 21 points and 11 rebounds while Till Gloger also had 21 points for the Bears who drop to 3-11 in America East play, 5-21 overall. Sophomore Shaun Lawton was the other double digit scorer with 10 points.

Maine is off until Thursday when they make their first conference road trip to UMass Lowell.
