Two games into the hockey season Quinn Paradis took over as the interim coach of the Bangor Rams. The interim tag is now gone and Paradis is officially the head coach.Wednesday the Bangor School Board approved the recommendation by Bangor Athletic Director Steve Vanidestine that he get the job full-time. "We are happy to have Quinn on board for the long haul as well as the rest of his staff" said Vanidestine. Assistant coaches Mike and Jack Hersom have decided to return the bench for the 2013-14 season.

Paradis, a former player for Bangor took over after Denis Collins was relieved of his duties and led the Rams to a 17-4 record and an appearance in the Eastern Maine Championship game. The season was also capped off with senior forward Parker Sanderson receiving the Travis Roy Award.
