The Quinnipiac Bobcats and the North Dakota Fighting Hawks will play for the NCAA Hockey Championship Saturday night after scoring semi-final wins last night.

North Dakota beat former UMaine captain Jim Montgomery's Denver Pioneers 4-2. The Fighting Hawks saw their 2-0 go away in the third period but scored a goal with 56-seconds left to win it. Then North Dakota added an empty netter.

Quinnipiac beat Boston College 3-2. The Bobcats took a 2-0 first period lead and then had to spend a lot of time killing off penalties. BC had five powerplays but could score on only one of them.

NOTE: The Quinnipiac vs North Dakota national title game will be heard of Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket Saturday night at 7:30pm.
