Rams Win Over Thornton Academy 53-49
The Bangor Rams picked up another southern Maine road win in Class AA action Friday night. A 53-49 victory over Thornton Academy in Saco.
The Rams hand the Golden Trojans of Class AA South their first loss.
Bangor bounces back from their first loss of the season earlier in the week and improve to 7-1. Bangor moves back into first place in the Heal Points.
Damien Vance hit a corner three-pointer with 35 seconds left to help get the win. He finished with 18 points.
T.A. was led by Payton Jones with 15.
The Bangor girls beat Thornton Academy 46-19 to improve to 4-4.
