The Boston Celtics have signed guard Chris Babb to another 10-day contract. Babb played his college ball at Iowa State and played 33 games this season with the Maine Red Claws in Portland before signing the first 10-day deal with the C's.

Babb, a 6-5 guard, sets Red Claws history. He is the first player in team history to sign with the Boston Celtics. Remember, most D-League players can sign with any NBA team.

Since joining the Celtics back on February 28th, Babb has played in four games, averaging about three points and two rebounds per game. He has averaged 13 minutes a game.

The Red Claws are in Texas this week with a 17-22 record and in third place in the East Division with 11 games left in the D-League regular season.
