With NFL free agency set to start at 4pm Tuesday afternoon it appears Darelle Revis will be available to any team in the league according to a report from ESPN.A report from Adam Schefter says the Patriots have declined the option on Revis which would have paid him $25 million next season. The team will still have to pay $5 million in what is termed dead money. They two sides can still reach a long-term deal but will now have to compete with any other team that wants to pursue him.
