Former University of Maine defensive lineman Pat Ricard will have private workouts with both the Washington Redskins and the Miami Dolphins, according to DraftAnalyst.com.

Last week both scouts from the New England Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts were on hand to see the Black Bears work out and Ricard went through extensive one-on-one drills after the workout.

Ricard will try to become the second straight UMaine football player to be drafted after Trevor Bates was selected by the Colts in the seventh round a year ago.
