River Conditions Move Races To Next Week

For the second time in as many weeks the St. George River Race has been postponed because of icy conditions, this weeks Passy race has also been moved.Dale Cross from the Waldo County YMCA has confirmed that the St. George race will now be run next Saturday morning and the Passy Race on Sunday morning.

This brings the total number of races to four next week. Saturday afternoon is the annual running of the Souadabscook Stream Canoe Race while the Marsh Stream Race will take place Sunday afternoon.

Cross will join the Morning Pitch this morning at 7:30 to discuss the changes.
