A week ago, the Asia-Pacific Senior League baseball team from Saipan left Bangor to go back to a typhoon ravaged home. Now, the tiny island in the Pacific is bracing for another one. Maybe two more.

Residents on the small island are still cleaning up from powerful Typhoon Soudelor. Now, tropical storm Goni has passed over Saipan with heavy rain and wind and tropical storm Atsani is behind it and could become a typhoon by the time it gets to Saipan.

Senior League World Series officials helped to raise several thousand dollars in the Bangor area for players to take back with them for relief help.
