Chris Sale struck out another dozen hitters Saturday afternoon at Fenway as the Red Sox beat Tampa Bay 6-3. He has at least 10 strikeouts in seven consecutive starts.

The only other pitchers to do that in the last 100 years - Pedro Martinez, Randy Johnson and Nolan Ryan.

Sale went seven innings, giving up two hits(both HRs) and walked just two.

Meanwhile, the Sox offense was led by Mookie Betts who had two more hits, including a 3-run HR.

Craig Kimbrel pitched a 1-2-3 9th inning for his 11th save.
