The Red Sox get out of Baltimore with a three game sweep after beating the Birds 5-1 Wednesday afternoon. The victory puts the Sox at a season-best 25 games ovr .500 at 47-22.

Chris Sale pitched six innings and was dominate. He struck out nine, allowed just two hits and one run. Sale walked the first two guys in the 7th inning and was taken out of the game. He yelled at the homeplate umpire and got ejected from the game.

On offense, Mookie Betts and J.D. Martinez blasted home runs. For Betts, it was his first since coming off the DL. For Martinez, it was his team-leading 22nd.

It's on to Seattle for the Sox. David Price pitches late night against Felix Hernandez in the start of a four game series.
