Red Sox third baseman Pablo Sandoval started the day receiving his 2014 World Series ring from the San Francisco Giants. He ended his day by hitting an 11th inning home run to give the Sox a 5-4 win over the Oakland A's.

With the score tied 4-4, Panda Bear ripped the ball over the fence - his only hit of the night.

Mookie Betts, David Ortiz, Xander Bogaerts and Blake Swihart all had two hits.

Matt Barnes, the seventh pitcher used by the Sox, pitched the final two innings to get the win.
