Both teams knew it would be a battle.

Two closely matched teams entered the Cross Insurance Center Tuesday afternoon, and after one overtime, numerous lead changes and a dramatic finish, the Schenck Wolverines celebrated a 60-59 win.

The game came down to junior Christopher King, who sunk two free throws with 0.1 seconds left to tie and then win the game.

"All mental," King said after the game. "You think about it, you'll miss."

King scored 20 points in the game, 11 of them in overtime.

Justin Thompson led the Wolverines with 26 points.

Howie Lin led Lee Academy with 20 points.

Schenck, of East Millinocket, improves to 17-3 on the season. Lee Academy ends the season at 15-4.

Lee Academy won the regular season match-ups with the Wolverines, both of which were high-scoring affairs and one of which went into overtime.
