Red Sox manager John Farrell fully expects to hear the boo-birds in Toronto this weekend. Blue Jays fans just can't get over Farrell's move from Skydome to Fenway.

Farrell left his pitching coach job in Boston to become manager of the Blue Jays after the 2010 season. In two seasons with Toronto Farrell's teams were were 154-170.

When the Sox fired Bobby V after last season, the team sought Toronto approval to talk with Farrell about coming back to beantown as manager. Permission given, talks went well and Farrell was hired to take over as Sox manager.

Many fans and even some of the media up in Canada have hit quite hard at Farrell and he is expected to be booed all weekend.
