He won two Gold Glove Awards for his defense and still holds the National League record for career fielding percentage. Bowa was on the Phillies’ team that won the World Series in 1980. He later managed the San Diego Padres and the Phillies, winning the National League Manager of the Year Award in 2001. Bowa has served as a coach for five teams, including the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers. He is an analyst on various baseball broadcasts.

Profession: Retired NBA Player
Best Known For: A member of the UNLV basketball team that went undefeated before losing in the Final Four in 1991, center Elmore Spencer went on to play for the Los Angeles Clippers, Denver Nuggets, Portland Trail Blazers and Seattle SuperSonics from 1992 to 1996.

Richard Krajicek
Age: 41
Profession: Retired Tennis Player
Best Known For: The Wimbledon men’s champion in 1996, Richard Krajicek won 17 tournament titles during a tennis career that spanned from 1989 to 2003. Krajicek’s defeat of Pete Sampras in the Wimbledon quarterfinals in 1996 is the only Wimbledon singles’ match Sampras lost from 1993 to 2001.

José Contreras
Age: 41
Profession: MLB Player
Best Known For: An All-Star pitcher from Cuba, Jose Contreras has played for the New York Yankees, Chicago White Sox, Colorado Rockies and Philadelphia Phillies from 2003 to 2012. While with the Cuban national team in 1999, Contreras pitched eight shutout innings and struck out 10 Baltimore Orioles during an exhibition game in Havana. He was a member of the White Sox team that won the 2005 World Series. Contreras won a gold medal with the Cuban team at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta and a silver at the 2000 Summer Games in Sydney.

Jens Pulver
Age: 38
Profession: Mixed Martial Artist
Best Known For: Jens Pulver is a mixed martial artist. Pulver was the first UFC lightweight champion and served as a coach on the reality TV competition ‘The Ultimate Fighter 5.’ Fighting since 1999, Pulver’s career record is 27-17-1. Pulver defeated B.J. Penn in a 2002 fight that featured brutal strike exchanges.
