State’s Best Seniors Coming To Bangor

The best senior high school basketball players in the state will be in Bangor this weekend for the McDonald's All-Star Weekend.More than 70 schools will be represented by players in this years games that matches up the class A & B players from the east against the west and Class C & D players from the east against the west.

The weekend starts Friday with a banquets at the Cross Insurance Center where the players will be recognized before the Mr. and Miss Basketball Awards are announced. On Saturday the four games will be played at Husson University along with a 3-point shootout for the girls and a slam dunk contest for the boys.

Below is the schedule for Saturday.

• 8:30 a.m.   State Foul Shooting Championship
• 9:15 a.m.   Girls A/B game
• 10:30 a.m.   3-Point Shooting Competition
• 11:00 a.m.   Girls C/D Game
• 12:45 p.m.   Boys C/D Game
• 2:00 p.m.   Slam Dunk Competition
• 2:30 p.m. Boys A/B Game
