Go figure. The Phoenix Suns came into Boston Garden leading the NBA in fastbreak points. The Celtics outscored them in that department - and still lost 118-114.

It was Phoenix defense that turned in a key steal with just seconds left to give the Suns a win...and Rajon Rondo missed three consecutive at the end.

The Morris brothers, Markief and Marcus, combined to score 43 points.

Jeff Green had 28 for the Celtics. Tyler Zeller had his best game in a C's uniform with 19 and 7 rebounds.

Celtics are now 3-6 with a game against Philly next on Wednesday.
