As the Boston Celtics play game three of the season tonight in Philadelphia, Gordon Hayward continues to recover from surgery in a Boston hospital.

C's coach Brad Stevens met with reporters to say that Hayward's spirits were 'pretty positive' following the surgery.

Stevens is already working on ways to keep Hayward engaged with the team during rehab. He said he spoke with former Pacers coach Frank Vogel about how Paul George handled his rehab from a horrific injury.

NOTE: The injury bug continues to hit the Celtics. Marcus Smart may not play vs the 76ers because of ankle issues. And, Marcus Morris remains sidelined with knee issues as he tries to work his way into shape after reporting to training camp late.
