When the Senior League World Series returns to Bangor in August it will operate under a new format. On Wednesday a blind draw was held to place teams in the bracket.A departure form the traditional pool play will take place as Little League has switched to a modified double elimination format.

Senior League officials placed all the teams in a lottery drum and pulled them out for placement in the bracket with the first two teams getting byes. The Maine representative and U.S. Southeast were the lucky teams to get pulled first. This means the District 3 champion that represents Maine will play the winner of Asia-Pacific and Europe-Africa on Monday August 3rd at 1pm.

Below are the brackets and match-ups for this years tournament which starts on Sunday August 2.
