Fort Kent's Austin Theriault led the Daytona NASCAR Truck Series race Friday night for more laps than any other driver - 31 laps. But when the big one happened late in the race, he got caught up in it.

Driving Brad Kesolowski's #2 Ford truck, Theriault finished in 28th place but with the bonus points for laps led, he finished 24th in driver points.

The 'big one' is the one big wreck that always seems to happen at Daytona. 18 trucks were taken out of the race in this one massive crash. Theriault had nothing to do with starting it, he simply got caught into it.
