Three Selected As Husson Captains

Husson Football announced three players as captains for the 2016 campaign for the Eagles.

Rick Orio, John Smith, and Ellis Throckmorton were all selected via a vote by the coaches and players to lead the squad this upcoming season.  Orio and Throckmorton are seniors for the Eagles, while Smith was selected as a junior.

"Each have great focus, character, passion, commitment, and courage which enables them to motivate and inspire others to achieve great things. Our hope is at the end of the day that the captains will lead us but, each player can and will have a say in the direction of the Eagles," said Head Coach Gabby Price in a statement released by Husson.

The Eagles will get their 2016 season underway on September 3rd as they travel to face Alfred.
