Time To Make Your High School Football Picks [WEEK 4]

The Ticket team will be broadcasting live from the new Cameron Stadium on Saturday afternoon as the Portland Bulldogs come to town take on the Bangor Rams, who made short work of Deering at Cameron in Week 3.

The Bangor-Portland game is one of three key matchups to watch this week, and as always, we like to give our loyal Ticket listeners the chance to make their picks beforehand.

Last week, you were 1-1-1 in choosing the winners. Our listeners were correct in choosing Foxcroft over Belfast (although it turned out to be a tight game.) Hampden stepped up against formerly undefeated Skowhegan to prove our prognosticators wrong, and you were split right down the middle in the Bangor-Deering game.

This week's first pick 'em game is the Class C matchup MDI Trojans at Belfast Lions. It should be a great game! MDI is 2-1 after losing to the always tough Winslow Black Raiders last week. Belfast (1-2) is the home team and likely in a bad mood after losing by one point at Foxcroft last Friday. So...who ya got?
John Bapst Crusaders Vs. Mattanawcook Academy Lynx

In the LTC Class D, the John Bapst Crusaders head north to play the Mattanawcook Academy Lynx. JB (1-2) is in need of a win after losing back to back games (Dexter, Mt.View). MA is rolling with a 3-0 record and are always tough to beat on a Friday night in Lincoln...who ya got?
Bangor Rams Vs. Portland Bulldogs
Cameron Stadium, Bangor
The third pick 'em game is Class A Portland at Bangor, Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. You can hear that game live on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket and 929theticket.com. The Portland Bulldogs (2-1) lost their season opener, then scored 90 points in two wins over the past two weeks. Bangor (2-1) has won-lost-won. So who ya got?
