This week's nominees include Ed Reed of the New York Jets who withdrew 50 thousand dollars from the bank and left it sitting in the passengers seat of his car, only to have it stolen. The other nominee is the NBA for their confusing slam-dunk contest and all-star game with no defense and very little effort.
