Tool Of The Week: LeBron or NCAA? [VIDEO]

Tool of the Week voting is now underway and this weeks nominees are LeBron James and the NCAA.LeBron was headed to a Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake concert over the weekend and when traffic got heavy he got a police escort. That would be enough to upset some people, but King James also decided to post the video on-line.

The NCAA has many questionable rules but this one ranks near the top. They are not allowing Steven Rhodes to play football at Middle Tennessee State this season because he participated in a recreational league on base. The rule states student-athletes that do not enroll in college within a year of graduating high school will be charged one year of collegiate eligibility for every academic year they participate in organized competition.

The NCAA counts this play as "organized competition" because there were game officials, team uniforms and the score was kept.
