Top Seeds Win Sweet 16 Games

Half of the Elite 8 is now set in the NCAA tournament after the top seeds won Thursday night games, highlighted by Kentucky's blowout of West Virginia.Kentucky posted a 78-39 win over West Virginia by taking a 24 point lead at halftime and never looked back. Trey Lyles led four Wildcats in double figures with 14 points and their defense held the Mountaineers to just 24 percent shooting in the game.
