In a game that pitted two of the top three teams in Eastern Maine class A, it was the last 45 seconds of the second period that led Bangor to a 5-3 win over St. Dom's.With the Rams leading 4-3 late in the second period, senior forward Jordan Tracy took a rebound left by Saints goaltender Caleb Dostie and made a spin-o-rama  move to fire it past him with just 45 seconds to play in the period that gave the Rams a two goal lead. The Saints took the ensuing face-off and drove down the ice only to Bangor's Rye Powell make a spectacular save to preserve the lead with two seconds left.

Tracy finished with a goal and an assist, as did his line mate Nick Graham to help lead the Rams offense. Sam Kenny, Andrew Elston and Justin Courtney had the other Bangor goals.

Neither team scored in the third period as the Rams have won five straight games since losing their season opener. During this run they have outscored their opponents 31-11. Next up for Bangor is a Monday night game against Falmouth who stands in the number two spots in the Western Maine heal point standings.
