Tuukka Time For A Long Time

The Boston Bruins have announced the signing of a contract extension between the team and goalie Tuukka Rask.A strong regular season and an even better postseason convinced Bruins management that he was the real deal who has given him a 8-year $56 million dollar contract extension. The deal will keep Rask in a Bruins uniform through the 2020-21 season and makes him the highest paid goalie in the NHL.

In 22 games playoff games this season Rask put together a 1.88 goals-against average and a .940 save percentage.
