The University of Maine field hockey team is back in the national rankings again after winning four straight games.

National Field Hockey Coaches Association Top-25 poll after picking up four wins since October 8th, including beating then 20th ranked Albany over the weekend.  UMaine was in the poll for two straight weeks earlier in the season and currently have an 11-4 record overall.

UMaine is 5-1 in conference play this season and will play Vermont and New Hampshire on Friday and Sunday respectively to close out the regular season.  The Bears are currently at the top position in the America East Eastern Division and UMaine is joined by Albany (22nd) and Stanford (18th) in the national poll.
