The steady climb up the national polls continues for UMaine football. The (9-1) Black Bears are #6 in the national FCS poll conducted by the Sports Network. Maine is one of five CAA teams ranked in the top-25.

When Maine defeated Albany Saturday, the Bears set school history for best start ever. The opponent this week is Rhode Island - a home game. A win gives Maine the CAA title.
