UM Football Meets The Media

The University of Maine football team had its annual Media Day on Wednesday as reporters started to get their first glimpse of the 2016 team.

The team took their individual and team pictures in preparation for the start of the season. The Black Bears practiced earlier that morning and have been in camp since Saturday.

One big question for UMaine is who will be under center for the Black Bears in week one with a new look offense. New Head Coach Joe Harasymiak said that he plans to make his decision on the starting QB by August 21st after a team scrimmage.

The Black Bears will begin the season on September 1st when the team travels down to UConn in an FBS match-up.
