The University of Maine men's basketball team fell to the Central Connecticut State University Blue Devils by a score of 82-61 at the Cross Insurance Center on Wednesday evening.

Seven CCSU players scored in double digits, including Khalen Cumberlander who had a team high 13 points and five assists.  The Blue Devils shot almost 59 percent from the floor, and over 70 percent for three point range.

The Black Bears were led by freshman Andrew Fleming who had a career high 20 points, including a team high eight rebounds.  Ilker Er was the other lone UMaine player in double digits.  Maine was outscored by 17 in the first half and shot less than 50 percent from the free throw line.

Next up for UMaine is a game on Saturday afternoon as they travel to North Carolina to face the Duke Blue Devils at 5:30 p.m.
