The UMaine men's basketball suffers another tough, one point loss. UMaryland Baltimore County beat the Bears 67-66 Sunday afternoon at the Cross Center in Bangor.

With the scored tied 58-58, the Retrievers hit on four consecutive three-pointers grab the lead.

The Black Bears got a late three-pointer from Dennis Ashley and Vincent Eze lay-in to get within one point. But that was it.

Isaiah White led the Black Bears with 17 points. Andrew Fleming had 15. Sergio El Darwich had 11 points and 10 assists.

KJ Jackson led UMBC with 21.

Maine is now 3-7 in America East (overall 5-20). UMBC is 7-3 and 15-10.
