Westbrook's Trevor Bates made his NFL debut last night's Indianapolis Colts 19-18 preseason win over the  Buffalo Bills.

The former UMaine linebacker had two solo tackles.

The Colts defense allowed 146 rushing and did not score any TDs on the ground. The Bills passed for 246 yards against Indy.

Bates was drafted by the Colts in the 7th round back in April.

Bates had 57 tackles, including 7.5 sacks for the Black Bears last year. He totaled 46 games at UMaine and 207 tackles.
