Former UMaine Black Bear defenseman Ben Hutton is part of the 3-0 Team Canada at the World Championships in Russia.

Just months out of college, Hutton earned a NHL job with the Vancouver Canucks. He played in 75 NHL games with a goal and 24 assists.

Now he's playing for his country, along with names like Connor McDavid, Taylor Hall and Corey Perry among other NHL players.

Hutton has one assist so far in Canada's three wins.
