The NCAA has selected its field of 24 teams that will battle for the national championship in FCS and the list includes 4 teams from the Colonial Athletic Association.The Richmond Spiders received the automatic bid from the conference and a #7 seed. They will get a bye in the first round. Also getting a bye and the #5 seed is James Madison who shared the CAA championship with Richmond this season.

Those two teams could face a fellow conference team in the second round as New Hampshire got in with their 7-4 record and will host Colgate. The winner will play James Madison.

William & Mary is the fourth team to make the tourney and will host Duquesne with the winner moving on to play Richmond.

The tournament will culminate with a national championship game on January 9 in Texas.
