Weather Moves H.S. Basketball Start Times

The approaching winter storm has forced a change in start times for tonight's high school basketball games including Hermon and Orono which will be live on 92.9 The Ticket.The Hawks and Red Riots will now tip-off at 5:30 to beat the predicted heavy snow. Below is a listing of games with their new start times. As always you should check with your local school for their latest latest information.

The Class B match-up on Sports Radio 92.9 The Ticket will have the #2 Orono Red Riots traveling to Hermon to face the #9 Hawks. Orono took the first meeting by a 59-41 score back in early December.

The 9-2 Red Riots seem to be back on track after losing back-to-back games against Caribou and Old Town they have won their last two times on the floor. Jason Coleman's team is led by junior point guard Nate Desisto who is averaging 17 points per game.

The Hermon Hawks have won 3 of their last 4 games and are averaging 49 points per game with Tyler Beaton leading the way as teams top scorer with 14 per game.
