In Class A, the Gorham boys defeated Bangor 3-2, the Brunswick girls turned out to be the lone winner from the east, beating Portland.

In Class B, the Cape Elizabeth boys and the Falmouth girls won state titles. For Falmouth it is the sixth consecutive title.

In Class C, Waynflete won both boys and girls state championships.
