It was a record breaking night in New York as the NBA All-Star game set a record for most points scored as the West beat the East 163-158.Russell Westbrook scored 41 points and was named the games most Valuable player. Westbrook finished one point shy of Wilt Chamberlain's record of 42 that he scored in the 1962 game.

The 321 combined points is a new record for the all-star game, and the teams combined to make 48 three pointers smashing the record of 30 set in last years game.

LeBron James led the East all-stars with 30 points.
